Your wedding is as important to me as it is to you, and as a premium wedding specialist, there is much more that happens behind the scenes than “just turn up and play music” I spend many hours in preparation to ensure your wedding isn’t just exceptional, but absolutely perfect.
1-4 hrs Initial consultation including traveling time
2-3 hrs Email, Telephone and Skype consultations
2-3 hrs Admin, Venue Liaison, Risk Assessments, Contracts, On Line Account Set Up
1-4 hrs Second consultation to finalise details
2-5 hrs Music & pre-wedding preparation
2-5 hrs Loading equipment, traveling to venue, unloading equipment
1-3 hrs Setting up equipment (depending on chosen package and extras)
4-10 hrs Performing and hosting at your wedding
2-5 hrs Packing up, traveling home and unloading equipment
1-2 hrs Final admin, and sending you any photo’s we may have taken during your wedding
The “average” time spent on each wedding can exceed 20 hours for an evening reception to 40+ for an all day wedding with the ceremony music and myself acting as your wedding host.
